Are Cellularline intercoms compatible with intercoms by other brands?

Yes, starting from the MC range made since 2014, all models can be connected to all intercoms, including those by other brands.


Can they be installed on all helmets?

Yes, they have been developed to be installed on most helmets on sale.


Is it difficult to install an intercom on a helmet?

No, our intercoms are easy to install. They do not need any special equipment or expertise.


What communication is possible with the intercom?

Depending on the model, you can communicate with the passenger and other people, for a maximum of up to 24 people. Discover the possible uses in the intercom section of the website www.interphone.com.


Up to what distance can you talk?

Depending on the model, the maximum range extends up to 1.5 km in an open area.


Can I use it to listen to the music on my phone?

Yes, just pair your phone to the intercom via Bluetooth the first time you use it. You then just need to press the special button.


What are the main differences between the Interphone models?

Can I charge the Interphone during use?

Yes, you can, we recommend using a Power Bank to charge it.


Can we both listen to the same music?

Yes, you can, through the SONG SHARING feature.

Yes, on certain models you can.


Can I share sat-nav directions?

Yes, in some models it is possible.


Can I listen to music while talking?

Yes, it is possible in the AVANT model and with all models of the UNITE series for both phone music and FM radio. In the TOUR model it is only possible for FM radio.


Can I use the phone’s voice assistant?

Yes, you can on all models.


Can I use voice controls?

Yes, it is possible in the AVANT and U-COM16 model, where the main functions can be controlled with voice commands. For the other models there is only the possibility of answering a phone call or activating the voice assistant of your phone.


Who do I turn to for help?

You can turn to the retailer where you made the purchase, whether it was a physical or online store. For purchases made on the website www.interphone.com, please contact our Customer Care team


What does the warranty cover and how long does it last?

The warranty covers product defects and, by law, lasts 24 months from the date you purchased the product, which is shown on the invoice/payment or on the till receipt. The retailer is responsible for the product warranty.

How do I fix the Interphone to the helmet?

Every Interphone unit comes with two different “mounts” so you have two options for fastening it to your helmet. One mount is attached with adhesive and lets you position it as freely as you like, while the clip is attached to the base of the helmet while fastening it to the outer shell. Both these solutions do not require holes or any modifications to the helmet.


My intercom is no longer working after using it in the pouring rain. What can I do?

Leave the unit in a warm, dry place for at least one night, so that the moisture inside it can evaporate. The XT and MC series models are IP67 certified, as long as you put the silicone sealant provided on the connector. Please refer to the documentation provided with your product.


How can I check whether the firmware of my intercom is up-to-date?

Download and install the update for your product from the page Firmware Update. Follow the wizard and connect the product to your PC. If the product needs to be updated, the program will continue with the upgrade, otherwise it will tell you that the product is already up-to-date.
