Activate the 2-year extension of the legal guarantee


With the promotion “2+2 extended warranty”, Cellularline S.p.A. is offering you the chance to extend the legal warranty
on the product you purchased for a further two years, free of charge, starting from the date of purchase shown on your receipt.

To activate the warranty, just follow the procedure below and register the product you purchased
no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. 

If you do not register, the legal warranty for the standard two-year period will remain in effect.

After registering, the terms and conditions of the legal warranty will be applicable to the product for a further two years and,

PRIVACY NOTICE (Article 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
Activating the 2+2 extended warranty is conventional and requires processing the data
of the party activating the extended warranty.

This notice is an integral part of information in Interphone’s general privacy notice available online at www.interphone.com.
Controller: CELLULARLINE SPA.
Type of data for the warranty service: personal data of the party extending the warranty and data
on the product the warranty is for referred to the party extending the warranty and related information. 

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: 
1. managing the conventional warranty as specified herein and any requests to activate the warranty, based on the contract (Article 6(b) of the GDPR);
2. conducting market and customer satisfaction surveys based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(f) of the GDPR).

METHOD OF PROCESSING: Personal data is processed using mainly electronic and digital
means by Cellularline and by other subjects appointed by the Controller to carry out operations instrumental to achieving the purposes.
Personal data will not be transferred abroad to countries other than in the EU, that cannot ensure adequate levels of protection of persons.

DURATION OF THE PROCESSING: the user’s data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide
the services requested - unless the data must be kept for a longer period in compliance with applicable regulations,
including accounting regulations.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS: Data subjects have rights as indicated in Article 12
and subsequent of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including the right to access their personal data,
have their data rectified and integrated or deleted, obtain a restriction on the processing of their personal data in certain conditions,
object to the processing of personal data for reasons related to their personal situation.

The Controller will promptly follow up requests. Lastly, data subjects may lodge complaints with the Supervisory Authorities.
