The Sardinia Adventuring took place at the end of April, 6 days dedicated to adventure and uncontaminated landscapes that united 50 lovers of two wheels. Routes dedicated to off-road motorcycles and street bikes on an island famous for its kilometric roads that blend into the wild nature. The ADVENTURING formula is that of a non-competitive event with medium / high displacement bikes (single-cylinder or twin-cylinder with a minimum range of 200km) that run in stages on routes with GPS tracks or accompanied by guides in groups. Speed but the spirit of adventure are not important for facing the different routes; get away from city stress to immerse yourself in uncontaminated rural landscapes and rediscover the pure pleasure of motorcycles.

After an early morning tire check, basic off-road driving course and GPS use, after a final briefing the adventure begins.

The day-to-day tour:
Day 1: Olbia-Castelsardo (offroad itinerary 150 km - route 250km street)
Day 2: Castelsardo-Bosa (offroad itinerary: 210km - street itinerary 350km)
Day 3: Bosa-Arborea (offroad itinerary 160km - street itinerary 400km)
Day 4: Arborea-Iglesias (200km offroad itinerary - 400km street itinerary)
Day 5: Iglesias-Villanova Strisaili (280km offroad itinerary - street itinerary 450km)
Day 6: Villanova Strisaili-Olbia (280km offroad itinerary - 400km street itinerary)

Participants sharing all the various route waypoints with the hastag #SardiniaAdventouring participated in a "digital ranking" with important prizes provided by Interphone, Cellularline, Tom Tom and Continental.

 

Between adventures and small mishaps, the participants enthusiastically tackled the different routes always accompanied by expert guides ready to provide assistance and valuable advice.
In addition to the magnificent natural roads, Sardinia is known for its friendliness and good traditional food.
Overnight stays and meals have all been perfectly organized in collaboration also with agro-zootechnical companies specialized in 0 km products.
